Hello, I’m Silvia

and I offer a unique kind of yoga instruction on the Lycian coast between Cirali and Adrasan, just 80 km from Antalya Airport (Turkey). My yoga classes are held in small groups and mostly outdoors. They are relaxing and stretching, strengthening and at the same time philosophical/spiritual, with a special focus on the needs of the participants.

Over ten years ago, I discovered yoga by chance. I was looking for a way to better cope with stress. From the very first class, I was captivated. I felt this feeling of well-being after the first class, and after just a few weeks, the impression of walking through life a little more relaxed and at the same time more conscious.
