Instead of opening a random video try this: Roll out your mat, wear something comfy and click the You Tube video below – nice musice for you….

Start in child pose, find your breath and start slowly to move (if you feel like not moving at all this is fine, just breathe and bring your attention inwards). Start coming up on all fours, move through cat -cow, maybe on your belly and some cobras, or slowly betweeen child pose, on all four and downward dog and continue from there – whereever your body leads you. Don’t think to much about it, rather try to find out the moves your body wants in this moment. If you want to continue when the music stops, that fine – go on. If not give yourself a few moments of silence and continue with your day!
